Polymeric Materials: Science and Engineering Division

PMSE Fellows Program

The PMSE Fellow Program was started in 2000 to honor PMSE Members for scientific and technological contributions to polymer material science and engineering.  To date, 93 fellows have been inducted, with three new members for 2017.

The three new members for 2017 are:

Matthew Becker - University of Akron
“For outstanding contributions to the field of polymer organic chemistry and the development of novel polymeric materials for regenerative medicine”

Heather Maynard - California NanoSystems Institute
“For outstanding contributions to the synthesis of biohybrid polymeric materials and their applications in medicine and biotechnology”

Marek Urban - Clemson University
"For many advances in polymer science and technology, highlighted by innovations in self-healing and anti-microbial materials; for contributions to PMSE”

The Division of Polymeric Materials: Science and Engineering Division Executive Committee is pleased to announce the launch of the PMSE Fellows Program.

PURPOSE OF FELLOWS PROGRAM
